🎧 Podcast (Audio-only)

The Podcast option produces an audio-only version of your meeting — ideal for quick catch-up, commuters, or low-bandwidth participants.

Recording badges: Presentation, Video, Podcast

📍 Where to find​

In your Meetings History or Room details, check under the Recordings column.
You’ll see badges such as:

  • PRESENTATION
  • VIDEO
  • PODCAST
  • (and sometimes) UNPUBLISH if the item is not currently public.

🎵 What’s included​

  • Microphone + meeting audio only
  • Much smaller file size compared to video
  • No slides, webcams, or chat overlay

🛠️ Typical actions​

  • Click PODCAST to play directly in the browser
  • Use your browser’s Download option to save locally
  • Share the link with attendees who only need to listen

  • Whether the meeting was recorded
  • Your organization’s publishing rules

Treat Podcast links like any other learning asset:

  • Share only with the intended audience
  • If your org enforces privacy policies, podcasts inherit those same rules
